Hummer Knives are carefully crafted by Aubrey Hummer from his shop in Bealeton, Virginia. Since childhood, Aubrey has been enthusiastic about the world of knives. In 2013, Aubrey began to learn how to sharpen knives at home and in 2016 started his own sharpening business, Edge in Hand. From there, the desire to make knives grew and blossomed in 2018 renaming to Hummer Knives.
